Organizational culture was in focus when 120 of SAP's senior managers from all over the world met in Mannheim, Germany, to discuss topics of vital interest to the future of SAP.
Ashridge Consult, UK, were the main convenors of the summit. The Dacapo Theatre ran a workshop for 40 participants on the topic of "Where vision meets reality".
Together with the participants, we developed a scene that was subsequently presented to the entire summit, including the Executive Board of SAP. The scene questioned the cultural attitudes currently displayed by SAP towards a new customer segment.
The outcome of the work was a fruitful dialogue across departments, levels of management and geographical borders.
