Fiction doesn’t mean fixed performances
The era of the fixed performance is over - also in organisations and companies. The strategies change with increased frequency. Today the old manuscripts no longer contain the necessary lines. It becomes more unpredictable what the next act will be about and who will play which parts. The Dacapo Theatre use theatre methods to reflect what's going on in the organisation - live. We create a lively dialogue, where everybody can participate, take responsibility and influence the changes.
